Straight seam welding pipe production line
After the steel plate of the straight seam welded pipe production line, which is used to manufacture all kinds of different diameters of submerged arc welded straight seam steel pipe, enters the production line, the whole plate ultrasonic inspection is carried out first.
Edge milling: double-sided milling of the two edges of the steel plate through the edge milling machine, so as to achieve the required plate width, plate edge parallelism and groove shape;
Pre-bending: the use of pre-bending machine for plate edge pre-bending, so that the plate edge with the required curvature;
Steel tube forming: on the straight seam welding pipe forming machine, the first half of the pre-bent steel plate is pressed into a "J" shape through several steps, and then the other half of the steel plate is also bent and pressed into a "C" shape, and finally forms an open "O" shape
Pre-welding: make the straight seam welded steel pipe after forming and use gas shielded welding for continuous welding;
Internal welding: longitudinal multi-wire submerged arc welding (four wire can be used) is used to weld inside straight seam steel pipe.
External welding: longitudinal multi-wire submerged arc welding is used to weld the outer side of straight seam submerged arc welded steel pipe.
Ultrasonic inspection: the internal and external welds of straight seam welded steel pipe and the base material on both sides of the weld are checked.
X-ray inspection: X-ray industrial TELEVISION inspection of internal and external welds, using image processing system to ensure the sensitivity of flaw detection;
Expanding: the whole length of submerged arc welded straight seam steel pipe is expanded to improve the dimensional accuracy of the steel pipe and improve the distribution of internal stress of the steel pipe;
Water pressure test: the water pressure test machine is used to test the steel pipe after diameter expansion one by one to ensure that the steel pipe meets the standard test pressure. The machine has automatic recording and storage function.
Chamfering: the pipe end of the qualified steel pipe is processed to meet the requirements of the pipe end bevel size;
Ultrasonic inspection: once again one by one ultrasonic inspection to check straight seam welded steel pipe in diameter expansion, water pressure may produce defects;
Qualified X-ray inspection: X-ray industrial TELEVISION inspection and pipe end weld taking of steel pipe after expanding and hydrostatic test;
Magnetic particle inspection of pipe end: Perform this inspection to find pipe end defects;
Anticorrosion and coating: anticorrosion and coating shall be carried out for qualified steel pipes according to user requirements.
